Happy Heart Cafe
The challenge was that only 30 percent of people that need rehabilitation receive it and research shows that physical, psychological and social limitation therapy need to be delivered at the same time as each therapy leads to network changes in the brain that should be connected.

This is not the way that heart problems are currently dealt with, as although it is considered normal to have some sort of depression or anxiety after a heart attack or unexpected heart problem the priority seems to be to get people moving and dieting as fast as possible and get them back to normal or better within a few months is the expected result.

• But what if you have permanent damage?
• What if you are not well enough to make fast progress?
• Why is the care less focused on mental health?

As a solution to these issues I designed a heart healthy cafe that offers rehabilitation in a stress free way and uses logos that are strong in terms of typography but friendly and full of fun as shown through the bouncing heart..
This brand aims to create a positive friendly environment for people with heart issues and other major health problems (or people that are just looking to be a bit more healthy) to improve their health and well-being without the pressure of a gym or doctor.

Physical exercise is done in many different ways from yoga and dance to painting so that people can work towards improving their health without stress. The staff understand the issues of rehabilitation from health problems and conversations are encouraged but never focused to help people make friends and gain confidence in themselves (well-being).
